by Tim Hamilton This is my first Fukuoka/Permaculture harvest.... Yes, I know only a box of Garlic!! But I've worked hard summer and winter for 4 years to get this.... These are beautiful and healthy, completely natural and are being saved to plant this winter, but I have given 5 to Morag to use in her cooking. Next year I hope we'll be Garlic Independent!!

by Tim Hamilton Two years ago I planted 19 pumpkin plants in this area and they didn't grow, this year there is no stopping them... The rewards are very encouraging.... Completely chemical free... Thank you Fukuoka!

by Tim Hamilton Two years ago, I planted this area and was rewarded with a few courgettes, and very little else.... Last years experiment worked and this year.... wow! I'm getting very excited.... My work is getting rewards which is encouraging...
